In Browser navigate to http://www.power-electronics.co.nz/tools/fault-codes/FaultCodes.htm

Hit the settings button – it’s three vertical dots, locating in the top right of the screen

Then hit Save to Home Screen

You will now have the Web App shortcut on your Homescreen
